Reentry & Transitional Services
Coordinated Reentry Support
Successful reentry begins before release. Our coordinated reentry team works with incarcerated individuals well in advance of their release date — developing individualized transition plans that address housing, employment, healthcare, family reunification, and community support. We walk alongside each person through every step of the process, ensuring they have the connections and resources needed to rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
Pre-Release Planning
Transition planning begins inside the facility — identifying needs, setting goals, and connecting to community resources before release day.
Housing Navigation
Connecting returning citizens to transitional housing options, emergency shelter, and long-term housing pathways.
Employment Readiness
Resume building, job search support, interview preparation, and connections to employers committed to second-chance hiring.
Benefits Enrollment
Assistance enrolling in healthcare, food assistance, identification documents, and other essential benefits.
Case Management

Mental Health & Trauma Services
Nationally Certified. Trauma-Informed. Always Present.
Our team holds national certifications in Grief Counseling, Trauma-Informed Care, and First Mental Health Responder — equipping us to meet individuals at their most vulnerable moments with clinical expertise and genuine compassion. We integrate trauma-informed principles into every program and service we deliver, recognizing that unaddressed trauma is often at the root of the challenges our clients face.

Homeless & Housing Services

Homelessness is both a cause and a consequence of many of the challenges our clients face. INSPIRE VI LLC provides targeted outreach and support services for homeless individuals across the Virgin Islands — connecting them to transitional housing, emergency resources, benefits navigation, and the wraparound services needed to stabilize their lives and move toward permanent housing.

Our youth-focused services provide mentorship, academic support, leadership development, and life skills training that help young people build confidence, make positive choices, and envision a future full of possibility. We work in schools, community centers, and correctional settings to reach youth wherever they are.
Parenting & Family Services
Strengthening Families from the Inside Out
Strong families are the foundation of strong communities. INSPIRE VI LLC delivers evidence-based parenting programs to both incarcerated parents and community parents — building the skills, communication, and connections that keep families together and help children thrive. We also partner with the V.I. Department of Education to provide parenting classes and professional development to school staff.
